Terms of Service

Vyzma AI Private Limited (“Vyzma”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the Agriva platform, including the website, mobile experiences and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

Agriva is a discovery and listings platform. We help buyers find land and connect with the brokers or owners who have listed it.

• We are not a party to any transaction between users, and we do not act as a real-estate agent, broker or legal adviser for either side.
• We do not hold, escrow or transmit consideration for any land transaction.
• Listings are provided by users. Verification, where offered, is a reasonable-effort check and is not a warranty of title, area, approvals or price.

Land transactions in India carry genuine title and regulatory risk. You are responsible for independently verifying title, encumbrances, land-use classification, conversion status and applicable approvals, and for taking your own legal and tax advice before committing funds.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and one-time passwords.

Notify us promptly at support@vyzma.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

If you publish a listing, you represent and warrant that you are the owner or are lawfully authorised to market the property, and that the particulars you submit are accurate and not misleading.

• Do not misstate ownership, extent, survey details, pricing, zoning or approvals.
• Do not upload photographs of a property other than the one listed, or images you do not have the right to use.
• Do not repost or refresh a listing for the sole purpose of making it appear newer than it is.
• Withdraw or update a listing promptly once the property is sold or no longer available.

We may edit, decline, suspend or remove any listing, and may require verification of identity or authority before publishing.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-extract or republish listings, contact details or other Platform content;
• Use contact details obtained through the Platform to send unsolicited bulk or promotional communications;
• Upload anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory or fraudulent;
• Probe, scan, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Vyzma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish and display that content for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting the Platform, including in search results, listing pages and marketing materials.

This licence continues for content that remains published after your account closes, and for copies retained in backups or where required by law.

We may contact you by email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp in connection with your account, your listings and enquiries you send or receive.

Where you are a broker or listing owner, we may contact you to invite you to list on Agriva, including on a business number you have published publicly in connection with a property listing. You can opt out of such outreach at any time by replying STOP or using the opt-out option in the message. Our handling of these messages is described in our Privacy Policy, and we honour the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 (TRAI TCCCPR 2018).

Access to the Platform is currently free for buyers, and listing may be offered free or on a paid basis. Where fees apply we will tell you clearly before you incur them. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Agriva name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Vyzma and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no right to use our marks without our prior written consent.

The Platform integrates third-party services (including mapping, messaging, analytics and payment providers) and may link to third-party sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, and may perform maintenance that makes the Platform temporarily unavailable, without liability to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all listings, valuations, AI-generated outputs and other content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy or completeness of any listing or estimate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyzma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

We are not liable for any dispute, loss or damage arising from a transaction between users, including any dispute as to title, possession, extent, approvals or consideration.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vyzma, its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the Platform and request closure of your account at any time by writing to support@vyzma.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 13 to 15 and 18) will survive.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, complaints regarding content or use of the Platform may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your complaint within the timelines required by applicable Indian law and keep you informed of its resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable right you may have, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material we will update the date shown on this page and, where the change affects you directly, notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
